ANE-MVB-3 is a 100% solids, two-component moisture vapor barrier epoxy coating designed for concrete surfaces prior to floor finishes like vinyl, wood, and epoxy systems. It controls moisture vapor emissions up to 25 lbs./24 hr/1000 sq. ft., while offering strong adhesion, chemical resistance, and a dense, cleanable surface. With high solids, low VOC, and the ability to bond to damp substrates, it’s ideal for residential, commercial, and industrial moisture mitigation. It functions as a primer, topcoat, or bonding agent, and is recoatable with itself.

Coverage: For flake floors, 400-450 sq ft. per 3-gallon kit. As a primer base for metallic floors, 350-400 sq ft per 3-gallon kit.
